Scary searching

Should I be concerned about my page rank for the following Google searches?

• #1 - "vital dynamics medicine big breast"
  
• #4 - "fenugreek saw palmetto hair bald -folligro -paste"
  
• #4 - "no internet access"
  
• #5 - "bug ups"
  
• #8 - "how to get rid of superstition"
  

Some people really scare me...
