Hi

I would like to know if possibe how I can get more energy, I exercise four times a week, I east healthily but I still lack energy. Do you have any reccommendations?

Donna,

Eating right and getting exercise are very important to your health, but they aren't always the complete answer.

Your environment plays a crucial role in your level of overall energy and health. Toxins and other forms of pollution (both physical and non) can really put a tax on your state of well being. High levels of stress from job, family and friends also can put a real drain on you.

Hormonal balance is often an issue as well. With more and more estrogen-mimicking compounds being released into the soil, drinking water, atmosphere and general environment each and every day, hormonal levels (in both men and women) are in a serious state of flux.
